Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this latest photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, such as plans for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the continuing congressional process.
